The product I ordered was not the product that was delivered, it was not as shown in the advert, but whatI received is shownbelow. I had to remove it after finally fitting it manually as none of the touchscreen or fingerprint functions works. When attempting to remove it, it shattered leaving shards of glass in my finger. How do I get my money back. this product is shockingly bad
I installed the screen protector without issue and it looked great, although I soon learned to be very careful/still while verifying my fingerprint during ID checks.
But within a day or two while seated my phone slid off my knee, fell between my ankle and chair - causing the damage you can see in the photos. It looks worse from an angle than straight-on, but I'm obviously disappointed the protector wasn't tougher.
I have written to you three times now explaining within two days I dropped my phone out of my pocket and both broke instantly. This is not good.
Can you please respond this time Eva? Give me my money back or a replacement that won’t break.
Came with 2 covers great value, but just before you request for a review I noticed cracking and star pattern cracks on the screen. I could not understand it as advert shows hitting it with a hammer or sorts. I dont remember dropping my phone but must have landed face down to cause damage fall at very most 2 foot. Thinking my screen had gone but when removed protector screen was fine. I just cant under stand how damage to cover happened compared to advert abuse. So spare cover is now on. Its the easiest to instal no blinking bubbles and very quick.

As expected, the order came completely. Only the film did not connect correctly on the left (see photo). I hope that doesn't happen with the second film.
Immediately after putting up the new film, some blisters showed that they could not be rubbed away.
The next day they were gone and the film sits without a bladder!
Perfect!
Unfortunately not quite as in advertising. Because of all crumbs, before attaching the protective film by pulling out the applicator film are removed.
Despite careful pre-cleaning, micro feet have made it under the protective film and these are still underneath.
Conclusion:
Do not trust great advertising without restrictions!
The application is very light and easy to make mega good.
Nobody can look at my cell phone anymore without I don't want it.
I am very amazed because I ordered for the 2 times because I had a crack in the protective film and thought my glass would be broken, but that was not the case. I'm mega to peace and can recommend it to me
Unfortunately, I made a mistake when ordering, instead of S24 Ultra, I accidentally ordered S21 Ultra. Send back to Cyprus too expensive. Seller referred me back 50% of the purchase price. Always answered e -mail, all in all satisfied with the processing.
The glass pale free of charge is super easy.
But when I fell rounded the next day, there was a tear in the glass.
Was already disappointed with a little bit,
that breaks so quickly.

Hello, luckily I ordered 2 foils. The first broke during assembly. The reason may also be important for other users. I watched the video proposed with QR code. There the MontAbox lay there without the black orange arrow sticker on the cell phone before pulling out the film. Therefore, I removed the black orange arrow sticker. This is wrong. Because this adhesive arrow holds the protective glass in the MontAbox. I think the video should be made again with the arrow sticker. Then everything works well. Odet clearly labeled the arrow. Unfortunately I don't have a reserve anymore.
